FAQ

What is the price?

Each project is unique, therefore a quote can be provided after we discuss the specifications on every project. Projects can be billed on a fixed price fee or hourly. We do not have minimum or maximum fees per project, so we can work on every project and we can discuss the price for it. We also often provide monthly, 3-month, 6-month or 1 year contracts for our clients with longer term needs.

What is the preferred method of payment?

We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, or PayPal. Payments by bank wire transfer are also accepted. So, you can choose option that best works for you.

How do we communicate?

You can choose the method that work best for you – email, telephone, web conferencing or instant messaging via Skype or another similar program.

What would be the turnaround time?

The turnaround time depends on the project. Based on the project details and requirements we calculate the timeline for project completion. We can also work on short deadlines if required. We will tell you the estimated timeline before the project kick starts.

How can I send large files?

Our email system is limited to 20 MB as most of the email systems. If the size of the file exceeds this, you can send us your file on our personal email. Additionally, we often use Dropbox for fast, efficient file sharing.

What file formats are acceptable?

Most often we receive the file in .pdf, .jpg, .png, .tiff or DWG format. However, we can work with many different file formats. We just need to discuss the format of the file prior to sending.

Do you charge for corrections?

All clients will receive two rounds of corrections included in the quote if the needed corrections are not so big. We can always discuss what is possible and what is not. After two rounds of corrections, the clients will be billed at the hourly rate for any additional rounds of corrections. This will be added to the amount due in the final bill.

What security measures do we use?

Our network is protected by software and hardware (firewalls, anti-virus, etc.). Document storage is encrypted, and only a limited number of people have access to it. Data storage is on a separate secure server designed for storage and transfer of large files.

What is our confidentiality policy?

We understand that you may have concerns regarding confidentiality. All data provided by you will be kept confidential, and will remain as your property. Furthermore, our firm and staff agree that no information regarding the project will be disclosed to any third party, without your prior consent.
