Kitchen-living room

Kitchen-living room

There are no rules here—only rhythm.

The Italian green glass chandelier catches the light and whispers of old palazzos, while the Soviet glass blocks in the kitchen beat a modern tempo. In between is life: a burgundy sofa perfect for sinking into with a book, golden branches of lamps, and an unusual vase on legs, as if it stepped off the pages of an eclectic novel.

Beige is not just a background. It is a pause between the chords of green and cognac, between smooth plaster and the rough, aged metal of the dresser. Here, one can drink coffee at dawn, pour wine past midnight, and discover new details even on the hundredth glance.

The geometry of the balcony echoes the pattern of the rug and engineered wood flooring, while the massive walls create a contrast with the airy linen curtains. The smooth lines of the nightstand and the sharp milling of the doors engage in a dialogue, and the wheat accents in the vases unite warm oak with the cool texture of concrete.

Functionality here becomes art. Behind the mirrored slats, an ironing board is hidden with a view from the window, and the floating cabinets seem to hover over the beige plaster. The bed with soft textiles adds a sense of lightness to the space.

The walk-in closet greets you with warm lighting that emphasizes the texture of the walls. Floor-to-ceiling oak surfaces blend softly with cool shades, and thoughtful storage systems make every element part of a harmonious whole.

The accent area with a freestanding bathtub immediately catches the eye—a lush green porcelain stoneware wall becomes the perfect backdrop for a massive Italian glass chandelier. The tub appears to float on an illuminated podium, framed by practical shelves on the left and a warm towel-drying wall on the right.

The floor plays with contrasts—white and green tiles with a distressed effect add character. Opposite sits a massive louvered cabinet concealing all necessary appliances: a washing machine, a dryer, and an additional drying cabinet.

The centerpiece of the second functional zone is a concrete double sink. Two faucets, a smart mirror with hidden shelving, and glass pendants with gold accents create a space thought out to the smallest detail.

Every element here—from the distressed tiles to the raw concrete—blends with warm beige tones and noble gold details.

In this girl's room, modern minimalism dances with Oriental motifs. Neutral beige-gray tones of the walls and ceiling softly offset expressive details, creating a cozy atmosphere for growing up.

Arched lines, as if borrowed from ancient mountain motifs, are reflected from the cabinet facades onto the mirrored surface of the sliding door. Whimsical handles in the shape of mountain rams and a chair by local craftsmen add a touch of national flavor without breaking the purity of the lines.

In the center is the bed, above which a soft cylindrical panel mirrors the curves of the milled furniture panel on the opposite wall. The white glass chandelier plays with sun glints, complementing a multilayered lighting system where each light source creates its own special scenario.

The thoughtful organization of space is evident in the details: a console desk with integrated storage systems, hidden toy containers, and an accent TV panel. Here, everything is in its place, leaving room for imagination and play.

Home office

Home office

The home office is designed for digital creativity—a space where technology meets thoughtful design. A gypsum panel with the texture of natural rock becomes an expressive backdrop for streams, playing with light and shadows under professional lighting.

Three workstations and a TV are harmoniously integrated into the monochrome space, where every element serves functionality. The multi-level lighting system includes not only the main illumination but also special scenarios for broadcasts: soft light for the face and backlighting that emphasizes the wall texture.

Special attention is paid to comfort: an ergonomic motorized desk allows for working while sitting or standing, while a professional chair provides support during long streams. Well-planned ventilation and soundproofing create the ideal conditions for concentration and creativity.

Shower room

Harmony of neutral beige tones reigns in this bathroom, where only a few elements stand out as bold accents. The herringbone tile in the shower and the textured stone tile opposite create expressive focal points, reflected in a mirror with soft, flowing shapes.

The centerpiece is an oak vanity with a stone sink—its unusual silhouette echoes the shape of the mirror, creating visual harmony. Thoughtful space organization is evident in the details: a hidden niche for the toilet brush, a continuous shelf above the toilet and shower, and convenient niches for toiletries.

Lighting plays a special role—swivel sconces, shelf lighting, and hidden cove lighting allow for the creation of various light scenarios. Practical elements, such as hooks on a heated porcelain stoneware wall, are paired with decorative details—aged clay pots that add warmth and character to the space.

Hallway/ Corridor

Hallway/ Corridor

Functionality meets theatrical effect in the hallway and corridor. Hidden doors dissolve into the walls, maintaining clean lines, while a mirrored door conceals a thoughtfully organized electrical panel.

An oak shoe rack at the base and a floor-to-ceiling cabinet system create abundant yet unobtrusive storage. The main accent is an expressive bas-relief on the wall, which, in duo with a glass chandelier, brings a note of classical solemnity to the modern space.

Black accents—from the handles to the door frames—engage in a dialogue with the dark chandelier, creating a rhythm. Smart lighting with motion sensors softly illuminates the path, and the engineered wood flooring underfoot visually expands the space, linking the hallway to the kitchen-living room.
